This delicious pear and chocolate cake is so easy to make and makes me happy… just by looking at it.
Ingredients: 250 gr of self-raising flour, 250gr of butter, 250gr of sugar, 3 eggs, half a tablespoon of baking powder, 3 tablespoons of cacao powder and 2 pears.
Combine all together in a big bowl, put the sliced pears on top and bake in a 160 degree oven for 25 minutes.
Best served still slightly warm with a big dollop of delicious Greek yoghurt on top.
