Scottish scones – simple but delicious
One of the mums at my school is from Scotland and from time to time she brings in freshly baked scones for me and the staff. And they are always soooo good! I asked her to share her recipe and it turned out to be really simple and no sugar added! I just had to give it a go, no?...
I could eat them every day, honestly. I love them fried, mashed, made into soup, you name it.
