I just love wondering around in this fascinating city which can be both ugly and beautiful at the same time. And each time I go, I discover something new.
So when I got invited to come and try out its newest boutique hotel - the Pillows Grand Hotel Place Rouppe, I naturally was very pleased....
A few weeks ago, I was invited to a cheese and beer pairing in Brussels.
Swiss cheese, Belgian beer and Brussels...
well, these happen to be three of my favourite things, all combined into one event, so I just had to go!
And as a bonus, Brussels was looking mighty fine again that evening too!...
