Snickers, who doesn’t like them…?

This easy recipe for a quick, but delicious and mouth-watering Snickers pie must be made in… snicker heaven. 😉


What do you need?

One roll of puff pastry, 220 gr of plain cream cheese, 200ml of double cream, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (Mister Kitchen’s, bought at AH), 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce and… a few snickers cut into small pieces (use as many as you like, I went for the mini-versions, about 8 in total).



You first blind bake the puff pastry in a 200 degrees oven for about 20 minutes. Set aside to cool down.

Meanwhile, you whisk the cream until you see stiff peaks. Keep two scoops aside. Mix the cream cheese and caramel sauce together with the rest of the cream. Then, spoon in the pieces of Snickers and pour the mixture onto the bottom of the pie.

Even it out and add a thin layer of the whipped cream you set aside before. Decorate with some other pieces of Snickers (unless you have eaten them all by now…) and finish off with some chocolate sauce.
